Disc 1 offers nine video lessons on DVD to get you started on your own personal walking program. Join two walking coaches as they teach and encourage a diverse group of classmates who want to be fit and active. You'll learn how to:

- set and meet walking goals
- develop an active lifestyle
- get around barriers to exercise
- encourage progress and stay positive
- make lasting lifestyle changes
Disc 2 presents nine workout routines of different lengths on DVD. Join the workout group and move to the music. Choose a beginner or intermediate workout every day! (This disc is also sold separately for people who want just the workouts. (See Work Out with Sonny & Pedro.)

- 3 Strength & Flexibility Workouts - Yoga standing and floor workouts
- 3 Dance Workouts - Basic moves you can take to the dance floor
Disc 3 is a CD-ROM with 80 printable activity pages. Each colorful page provides fun activities that follow the lessons and workouts. Open the PDF files, print the pages, and assemble your own personalized activity book. Pages also include information for support staff and learning partners about providing support and encouragement.
