Dave DeGarmo, Ph.D.

Dave DeGarmo, Ph.D.Dr. DeGarmo is an Associate Research Professor at the Prevention Science Institute and the Department of Educational Methodology, Policy, and Leadership at the University of Oregon. He is Director of the Center for Assessment, Statistics and Evaluation (CASE) housed in the Office of Research, Innovation, and Graduate Education (RIGE) and teaches assessment and evaluation courses in the college of education. Dave’s research focuses on intervention development, implementation and evaluation of programs designed for families at risk for compromised parenting; including family stress models of divorce and military deployment and reintegration. Dave collaborates with IrisEd on development of evidence-based programs for single father-and military-families.
