Laura Backen Jones

IRIS Educational Media teamed up with Dr. Laura Backen-Jones because we were frustrated with what the parent education market was offering. Other programs we evaluated were not realistic, and therefore not effective.

With grant funds from the National Institutes of Health, our team created video vignettes based on real life scenarios collected from hundreds of parents in classes and focus groups.

What we created is the only evidence and research based online course proven to have a positive effect in randomized control trials.

Two Families Now is a modern production with a diverse cast and uses the most up to date research available.
