ESCALA

ESCALA (Escuela y Carrera Latina/Latino School and Career) is a media-based intervention under development that features a mobile-delivered educational course with tools to maximize college and career preparedness for Latino parents and their high schools students.


We Have Skills

Iris Educational Media is conducting a research study to determine the efficacy of We Have Skills, our multi-media curriculum that delivers classroom behavior lessons directly to students, K-3.


Practiced Routines

Practiced Routines will use Google Hangouts, YouTube, SoundCloud and irisEd.com to provide parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders with information, resources, training and support. This project will evaluate efficacy of the program by studying 136 parents with children aged 3-8 who have autism.


SOARS: Student ownership, accountability and responsibility for school safety

Project SOARS will develop, field-test, and evaluate a comprehensive, student-centered, and technology-based school safety framework for high schools that educates and empowers students to advocate for their own and others’ physical and emotional safety.


Mis Hijos y Yo

Mis Hijos y Yo is a development project that seeks to improve the quality and accessibility of parenting education for Spanish-speaking families experiencing separation and divorce. The program targets the use of parenting skills that protect children from the risks of maladjustment, antisocial behavior, delinquency, and substance abuse.
